Wisent Parts Center is an independent reseller of genuine OEM heavy-duty truck and equipment parts. We operate from Fletcher, North Carolina, under our legal business name, Wisent LLC.
We started Wisent because we had seen firsthand how frustrating ordering truck parts can be. Wrong parts, unclear pricing, fitment problems, and delays can turn a simple repair into days of downtime.
Our goal is simple: make finding the right OEM part easier and more affordable.
How It Started
The idea for Wisent started with Denis after years behind the parts counter in the heavy-duty truck industry.
He worked the parts counter, managed parts needs for fleet accounts, worked directly with mechanics to identify the right components, and later managed a sales team. Through all of those roles, he kept seeing the same problems. Customers struggled to identify the right parts, part numbers were difficult to get, and mistakes often were not discovered until the order arrived.
Starting With One Laptop
With his experience in diesel parts and e-commerce, Denis decided to try something different and started Wisent in 2024.
Wisent started with one laptop and help from friends and family. The first year was challenging, but one order at a time the business began to grow.
Experience From Both Sides
As Wisent grew, Denis's brother Nick brought experience from the warehouse side of the industry.
Nick had seen what happens after an order is placed. The wrong part gets picked. An order goes out late. Parts get packed incorrectly and arrive damaged.
That experience helped shape the way we handle orders today.
Built Around The Details
Denis and Nick Linnyk bring experience from two different sides of the parts business. Denis brings the parts and customer side. Nick brings the warehouse and fulfillment side. Together, they built Wisent around paying attention to the details before a part leaves our hands.
Today, Denis and Nick work alongside a growing team of 5 employees that helps carry those same standards throughout the business.
What We Do
We specialize in genuine OEM parts for heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
Our inventory is sourced through dealer surplus, overstock, and trusted suppliers. We help customers identify the correct components using OEM part numbers, vehicle information, and our parts experience.
We work with independent repair shops, fleet maintenance teams, owner-operators, vocational and dump truck fleets, rebuilders, and used-truck dealers.
Looking Ahead
Wisent Parts Center has grown a lot since the first orders were handled from a single laptop, but we want to keep the same approach as we grow.
