These Terms of Service govern your use of Wisent Parts Center's website, products, purchasing services, customer accounts, and related services. Please review them before using our website or placing an order.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Wisent Parts Center is operated by Wisent LLC. In these Terms, “Wisent Parts Center,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wisent LLC and the Wisent Parts Center website and services.
By visiting, browsing, creating an account, communicating with us, or purchasing products through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
2. Access & accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order through the Services.
Information you provide to Wisent Parts Center, including contact, billing, payment, shipping, vehicle, engine, and application information, must be accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
3. Products & product information
Wisent Parts Center makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful product descriptions, part numbers, cross-references, fitment information, photographs, condition information, and specifications.
Product information may originate from manufacturers, suppliers, authorized distributors, industry catalogs, physical product markings, and other sources that we consider relevant and reliable.
Applications can vary by VIN, engine serial number, production date, configuration, emissions system, installed equipment, supersession, and other factors. Customers should verify application-specific information before installation when appropriate.
When Wisent Parts Center directly verifies a customer's application and supplies an incorrect part because of our error, the return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
More information about how we research and review product information is available in our Editorial & Product Information Policy.
Product images are intended to help identify the product. Minor differences in color, packaging, labeling, manufacturing revision, or appearance may occur when they do not materially change the part being offered.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in that order. Wisent Parts Center reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
We may contact you to verify payment, shipping information, product application, availability, pricing, suspected fraud, or other details before completing an order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will attempt to contact you using the information supplied with the order and will issue any applicable refund.
5. Commercial & resale purchases
Wisent Parts Center serves individual customers as well as repair facilities, fleets, businesses, dealers, resellers, and other commercial customers.
Products may be purchased for legitimate commercial use or resale, subject to these Terms, applicable law, manufacturer restrictions, and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
Resellers and commercial buyers are responsible for complying with applicable tax, resale, licensing, export, and regulatory requirements related to their own business activities.
6. Prices, billing & taxes
Prices, availability, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Applicable sales tax is collected when required. Customers claiming a resale or tax exemption are responsible for providing valid documentation when requested.
Additional payment information is available in our Payment Policy.
7. Fulfillment & order cancellations
Some products are stocked directly by Wisent Parts Center, while others may be sourced from a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or other vendor after an order is placed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not entered fulfillment may generally be canceled without a cancellation fee.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply.
An order may be considered in fulfillment once we have committed to sourcing or shipping it, including when:
- an order has been placed with a vendor or supplier;
- the item has been picked or packaged;
- a shipping label has been purchased or generated; or
- the shipment has been prepared for carrier pickup.
Tracking information does not need to be available for fulfillment to have begun.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is instead subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Shipping & delivery
Processing and transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, address issues, availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Lost, delayed, damaged, refused, or incorrectly shipped orders are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
9. International customers & export arrangements
Wisent Parts Center currently ships orders only within the United States.
International customers may purchase products for delivery to a U.S. address or may arrange pickup or transportation through their own carrier, freight forwarder, export agent, or other transportation provider.
When arranged in advance, Wisent Parts Center may also deliver an order to a customer-designated carrier or location within North Carolina.
10. Returns, refunds & warranties
Return eligibility, final sale products, restocking fees, exchanges, refund timing, return shipping, and cancellation terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Information.
Installation, programming, calibration, diagnostic procedures, labor, towing, downtime, and related expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
11. Intellectual property & permitted use
Website content owned by Wisent Parts Center, including original text, graphics, layouts, photographs, logos, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for lawful personal and business purchasing, product research, account management, and customer-service purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Wisent Parts Center website content without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Manufacturer names, logos, product names, part numbers, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply ownership by Wisent Parts Center.
12. Third-party tools & links
The Services may contain links, integrations, payment services, applications, carrier tools, or other functionality provided by third parties.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Wisent Parts Center is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control.
13. Shopify
Wisent Parts Center's online store is hosted using Shopify technology. Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.
Purchases made from Wisent Parts Center are transactions between the customer and Wisent Parts Center, not purchases from Shopify.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store uses Shopify and other service providers, certain information may also be processed by those providers as necessary to operate the website, process transactions, prevent fraud, provide customer services, and perform related functions.
15. Feedback & customer reviews
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, photograph, feedback, or other content to Wisent Parts Center, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not unlawfully violate the rights of another person.
By submitting such material for publication or promotional use, you grant Wisent Parts Center a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute the submitted material in connection with our business and Services, subject to applicable law.
Customer reviews may be moderated for spam, fraud, abusive content, private information, duplication, or unrelated material. Wisent Parts Center does not change the meaning of legitimate customer reviews before publication.
More information is available in the Review Publication Policy displayed on our Reviews page.
16. Errors, inaccuracies & corrections
Despite our review processes, occasional errors may occur in product information, availability, pricing, shipping information, specifications, cross-references, promotions, or other website content.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary. If an order is canceled because of an error, any applicable amount already paid for the canceled item will be refunded.
Customers may report suspected product-information errors in accordance with our Editorial & Product Information Policy.
17. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to violate applicable federal, state, local, or international law;
- to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- to submit knowingly false or fraudulent information;
- to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- to interfere with website security or functionality;
- to conduct unauthorized scraping or automated extraction that materially interferes with the Services;
- to engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward employees, contractors, customers, or other users; or
- to use the Services in a manner that exposes Wisent Parts Center or others to unlawful liability.
18. Suspension & termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity is occurring, security is at risk, or continued access could cause harm or legal liability.
Obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.
19. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for warranties expressly provided by Wisent Parts Center, a manufacturer, or applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every moment.
Product-specific warranty rights are governed by the warranty terms applicable to the product and our Warranty Information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wisent Parts Center and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, or business interruption, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisent Parts Center and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
22. General provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Waiver
A failure by Wisent Parts Center to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with policies and terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and your purchases from Wisent Parts Center, except where separate written terms expressly apply.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Wisent Parts Center may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, transfer of business operations, or as otherwise permitted by law.
23. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Services, policies, technology, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with the applicable “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
