Refund policy

Returns

To begin a return, simply log in to your customer account. If you need assistance, contact us at admin@wisentpartscenter.com or send us a message through our contact form.

To ensure that all returns are handled quickly and efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • All returned parts must be in their original, undamaged packaging, including all original packing slips and documentation.
  • Prior to returning items, please email photos to expedite the process.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
  • Refunds are not available for:
    • Electrical parts
    • Parts that have been installed
    • Parts marked as "Final Sale"
    • Kits that have been opened
  • Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the return.

Once your return is received and inspected within one business day, your refund - minus the 20% restocking fee - will be processed. A credit will be applied to your payment method. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Warranty Returns

Please email us for assistance with determining warranty requirements and obtaining a shipping label. A prepaid return-shipping label will be provided for warranty returns.

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace parts that are defective or damaged.
  • Contact Customer Support at admin@wisentpartscenter.com within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
  • If you cannot ship the defective or incorrect part before receiving the replacement, we may temporarily charge your credit card for the replacement. Once the defective part is shipped, the initial charge will be refunded.

Returns & Exchange Process

  • Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping and include a copy of the original invoice highlighting the returned part.
  • A return label will be provided for your convenience.
  • We process returns or exchanges within one business day of receipt and will notify you via email about the status.

Cancellation Policy

At Wisent Parts, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel an order, we are here to help.

  • Cancelling Your Order: Contact our customer support team via email as soon as possible. Once an order is packed and tracking information is assigned, it cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.
  • Order Processing Fee: If the order has been processed, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover associated costs. To avoid this, please cancel promptly.
  • Shipped Orders: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled due to logistical constraints. Please refer to the return policy for guidance.
