Shipping policy
At Wisent Parts Center, we aim to deliver your parts quickly and efficiently. Our shipping process includes order confirmation, order processing, and shipping.
Order Confirmation
Once your purchase is complete, our system validates your order details and payment information.
You will receive an order confirmation email, typically within a few minutes of checkout.
Order Processing
Processing includes retrieving parts from the warehouse, conducting a physical QA inspection, packing the order, and preparing shipping documentation.
- Orders received before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day when possible.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Weekend and holiday orders will be handled on the next business day.
- In some cases, we may need to confirm part availability, shipping costs, freight requirements, or lead times before processing can continue.
- A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your order has been successfully processed.
- Cancellations after order processing may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the carrier, delivery address, package weight, package dimensions, selected shipping service, and item type.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Available shipping options may vary depending on item size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Heavy, oversized, or freight items may require an LTL freight quote. If a manual freight quote or additional information is needed, we will contact you before processing the order.
Transit Times
Transit time begins after the order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to destination, weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other conditions outside of our control.
Specific Delivery Dates
If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to help, but specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot control the delivery date once an order has shipped.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Wisent Parts Center is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or items damaged due to carrier handling.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will take responsibility. A return shipping label will be provided, and we will cover the associated costs to send the correct part as quickly as possible.
Refusal Policy
We strongly discourage delivery refusals. If a delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for any storage fees, return shipping costs, carrier charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
International Orders
International orders are not available online. Please contact us before placing your order if you need an international shipping quote.
