Payment Policy

This policy explains the payment methods accepted by Wisent Parts Center, payment processing, invoices and payment links, currency, taxes, payment verification, failed transactions, refunds, and billing concerns.

1. Accepted payment methods

Wisent Parts Center currently accepts the following payment methods through our online checkout when available:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Available accelerated or digital-wallet payment options may depend on the customer's device, browser, account settings, and checkout eligibility.

2. Payment processing

Payment information is submitted for authorization and processing when an order is placed.

An order may not proceed to fulfillment until the applicable payment has been successfully authorized, processed, or otherwise approved.

After an order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation is generally sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has shipped. Processing and availability times described in our Shipping Policy still apply.

3. Invoices & payment links

In addition to normal website checkout, Wisent Parts Center may create an invoice, draft order, or secure payment link for certain orders arranged through customer service, phone, email, or other approved communication.

Customers should review the products, quantities, shipping information, pricing, and other order details shown on an invoice or payment request before submitting payment.

Payment through a Wisent Parts Center-issued invoice or payment link is subject to these policies and any additional terms clearly disclosed with that order.

Only submit payment through Wisent Parts Center's official website or a payment request that you reasonably recognize as having been issued by Wisent Parts Center. If you are uncertain about a payment request, contact us before paying.

4. Currency

Prices and payments through Wisent Parts Center are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

If a customer's payment account uses another currency, the customer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or related fees. Those charges are determined by the payment provider and are not controlled by Wisent Parts Center.

5. Sales tax & shipping charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected when required based on the order and applicable tax rules.

Shipping and freight charges, when applicable, are separate from the product price and are displayed or communicated as part of the order.

Commercial customers claiming an applicable resale or tax exemption are responsible for providing valid documentation when required.

6. Payment security

Wisent Parts Center uses Shopify and supported payment providers to facilitate online payment processing.

Payment information submitted during checkout is handled through the applicable secure checkout and payment-processing systems.

Customers should not send complete credit card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email, chat, or other unsecured communications.

7. Payment verification & fraud prevention

Wisent Parts Center may review transactions for fraud prevention, payment security, billing accuracy, unusual order activity, or other legitimate verification purposes.

When reasonably necessary, we may request additional information before completing an order. This may include confirmation of billing, shipping, identity, business, or payment information.

An order may be temporarily held while verification is pending.

Wisent Parts Center may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, authorization fails, information appears materially inconsistent, fraud is reasonably suspected, or completing the transaction could create an unreasonable security or payment risk.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded unless another lawful resolution applies.

8. Failed or declined payments

A payment may be declined or fail for reasons determined by the card issuer, bank, digital wallet, payment provider, or payment-processing system.

If a payment fails:

  • confirm that the payment and billing information entered is correct;
  • confirm that sufficient funds or available credit are available when applicable;
  • contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider if the transaction continues to be declined;
  • try another accepted payment method when available;
  • contact Wisent Parts Center if assistance is needed with the order.

Wisent Parts Center generally cannot override a payment decline issued by a customer's bank or payment provider.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever reasonably possible.

Once Wisent Parts Center processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Return eligibility, restocking fees, cancellation charges, shipping refunds, exchanges, and related refund conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Billing errors & payment disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, refunded incorrectly, or do not recognize a Wisent Parts Center charge, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the transaction.

Providing the order number, amount, transaction date, and a description of the issue can help us investigate more quickly.

Customers retain any rights they may have through their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law. However, contacting Wisent Parts Center first may allow a billing problem to be identified and resolved without unnecessary delay.
